Portfolio Co-DirectorMadeline Mendez serves as Portfolio Co-Director for the East Portfolio (Eastview & Fair Haven, RAD IV) of 360 Management Group, where she helps oversee day-to-day property operations, portfolio performance, resident services, and compliance initiatives across assigned affordable housing communities. In her leadership role, Madeline works collaboratively with operational leadership, Property Managers, and site teams to support occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and organizational standards throughout the portfolio.
With more than a decade of experience in affordable housing and resident services, Madeline brings extensive operational knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a deep understanding of HUD and tax credit programs. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in resident processing, recertifications, lease-up activities, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) administration, eligibility determinations, interim calculations, and compliance-related processes.
Prior to her leadership role, Madeline built a strong foundation in affordable housing operations through her work with the New Haven Housing Authority Service Center, where she managed a variety of responsibilities including applicant processing, client file management, EIV verification reviews, rent calculations, portability coordination, waitlist administration, and resident communications. Madeline is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to providing high-quality service to residents and staff alike.
