Rosanna brings 24 years of experience in property management, beginning her career in New York managing market-rate units before relocating to Connecticut to continue advancing in the field. She served as Housing Director at Prudence Crandall, where for three years she oversaw housing programs supporting victims of domestic violence. In addition, Rosanna has worked as an Office Manager and managed project-based subsidized housing, dedicating much of her career to serving under-resourced communities.
