EXPERIENCE

John Murray serves as Portfolio Co-Director for the East Portfolio of 360 Management Group (RAD III & Mill River), where he provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned affordable housing portfolio while supporting property performance, resident satisfaction, compliance initiatives, and team development across the organization. In this leadership development role, John partners closely with operational leadership and site teams to strengthen portfolio performance, support Property Managers, and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

John began his career with 360 Management Group in 2021, as an Assistant Property Manager, and has steadily advanced within the organization through his strong work ethic, operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, and commitment to resident service. 

Prior to joining 360 Management Group, John built an extensive background in operations management, facilities coordination, vendor management, customer service, and administrative operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed client relationships, coordinated large-scale facilities operations, supervised vendor services, monitored budgets, and implemented operational improvements focused on efficiency and service excellence.

John brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented leadership style to his role and is recognized for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to supporting both staff and residents. His operational experience, paired with his continued growth within the affordable housing industry, positions him as a valuable leader within the organization.
