Experience

Mabel Marte, MSHRM, SPHR, Director of Human Resources, is a strategic and people-centered HR leader with nearly a decade of experience. She began her HR career in 2016 with Trinity Wall Street, a historic Episcopal parish and nonprofit organization in New York City, where she supported human resources services, payroll, recruitment, and organizational development initiatives. Since then, she has advanced through progressively responsible roles in human resources, operations, and organizational development.

As Director of Human Resources at 360 Management Group, Mabel partners with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals. She champions initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and the overall employee experience.

Mabel has a proven track record of developing and implementing employee handbooks, policies, and organizational practices while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. She is passionate about cultivating fair, inclusive, and people-centered workplace cultures where employees and organizations can thrive.

Mabel holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. Her commitment to professional excellence is further reflected in her affiliations with the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Outside of work, Mabel enjoys writing and spending time with her family, finding joy in creating meaningful connections both personally and professionally. She is also committed to giving back to her community and has participated in Leadership Greater Bridgeport, Class 31, and THRIVE Young Professionals.
