Daniel Ramos began his career with the New Haven Housing Authority in December 2001 after proudly serving three years in the U.S. Army. Over his 18-year tenure with ECC/HANH, he worked his way through a variety of roles—including Laborer, Mechanic, BMW 4, Crew Leader of the Vacancy Team, Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Housing Manager, and Housing Manager—gaining valuable experience across all family and elderly/disabled developments, including Scattered Sites.
In September 2019, Daniel joined the 360 Management Team as Director of Maintenance. There, he set out to build a highly proactive and effective maintenance department focused on delivering quality service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents.
Now serving as Director of Capital Assets, Daniel brings the same dedication and vision to his role. He oversees the full scope of the organization’s assets—from equipment and vehicles to facilities and infrastructure—ensuring everything is properly tracked, maintained, and optimized for long-term use.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys staying active at the gym, playing softball, and spending quality time with his family. He also coaches his daughter’s softball team, tackles small projects around the house, catches Yankees games whenever he can, and most recently—he’s taken up skydiving.
