360 Management Group, Co. (360), is a 501(c)(3) mission-based property management company specializing in blended financed, mixed-income, affordable housing. Established in July 2018 as an instrumentality of Elm City Communities (ECC), 360 was created to advance ECC’s mission to build better neighborhoods, provide safe, decent, affordable housing choices and foster healthy communities.
360 Management Group provides seamless property management, resident services and regulatory compliance solutions for complex blended-financed affordable housing development projects in New Haven and its surrounding communities.
We deliver excellence in service by incorporating best practices in property management, resident services and compliance, which address the unique needs of our communities, investors and other partners committed to the creation and preservation of affordable and multifamily housing.
360 Management Group recognizes that to make a lasting positive impact on lives, affordable housing must (1) be physically maintained and fiscally operated at optimal levels (Property Management); (2) be sustained, by ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly as it relates to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Housing Choice Vouchers, and Rental Assistance Demonstration (Compliance); and (3) address the social and human needs of low to moderate income residents through the integration of service programs designed to improve their health, well-being and financial independence (Resident Services).
