EXPERIENCE

With over 17 years of experience in managing tax credit LIHTC units, Mellisa brings deep expertise in affordable and senior housing. She has successfully overseen supportive housing lease-ups for seniors and served as a senior property manager for three different companies, in addition to managing market-rate communities. As an active member of the National Apartment Association, she continues to stay engaged in industry best practices. Known as a strong team player, she also holds multiple professional certifications that strengthen her leadership and operational skills.
