Mabel Marte, Director of Human Resources, is a strategic and people-centered HR leader with nearly a decade of experience, beginning her HR career in 2016 with Trinity Wall Street, a historic Episcopal parish and nonprofit organization in New York City, where she supported HR services, payroll, recruitment, and organizational development initiatives. Since then, she has advanced through progressively responsible roles in human resources, operations, and organizational development.

As Director of Human Resources at 360 Management Group, Mabel partners with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals, championing initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, compliance, and safety.

Mabel has a proven track record of developing and implementing employee handbooks, policies, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. She is passionate about cultivating fair workplace cultures.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. Mabel’s commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her affiliations with the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Outside of work, Mabel loves writing and spending time with her family, finding joy in creating meaningful connections both personally and professionally. She also enjoys giving back to the community and has participated in Leadership Greater Bridgeport (Class 31) and THRIVE Young Professionals.
